Where in the world do you ship?
Your order can be shipped absolutely anywhere! No location is out of bounds.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are printed, packaged and shipped within 1-3 working days. The time it takes to deliver the order depends on the delivery location. You can find more detailed information on the shipping process here.
Can you send my order directly to someone else?
Of course. Just be sure to put the recipient's address in the delivery address section. If you would like a little note added with a print or a message hand written in your card pop that information in the notes box at checkout. If you are sending to more than one person you’ll need to order separately as only one shipping address can be added to each order.
What size are your products?
All cards are a standard 135mm x 135mm size and come with a matching white envelope. They fit perfectly in the Ikea Hovsta and Knoppang square frames (in case you want to frame your card afterwards).
Prints come in 3 standard sizes:
A3: 420mm x 297mm
A4: 297mm x 210mm
A5: 210mm x 148mm
If you have a tricky space to fill or a pretty frame you would like to use that's not a standard size just get in touch via email and I can arrange a custom size.
Is it possible to personalise a card?
The most commonly personalised cards have an option to personalise within the listening itself. If you would like to personalise any of the other cards please get in touch before you place the order. Personalisations added in the notes at checkout without being discussed cannot be added to your card.
I have an idea for a bespoke print. Can you design it?
If your print is text-based only please get in touch via email to discuss the options. Slots for illustration-based prints are released a few times per year. The next series of slots will be released in summer and all those who have expressed interest have been added to a wait list. Everyone on the wait list will be contacted first and if any slots remain they will be made available to book online. Do you offer wedding stationery?
While I absolutely love designing wedding stationery. I am taking a break from it for the foreseeable future.
What type of other design services do you offer?
Aside from cards and prints, I can work with you to design animated GIF stickers for your business/ organisation, create images for commercial use on merchandise/ products, design illustrations for use in literature and design and create wall and window murals.
