The cost of shipping is calculated by the weight of the order and will vary depending on the delivery location. This is visible on the order summary page.

Shipping is free for orders over £50 sterling and is automatically activated. Free shipping for orders placed in another currency will activate once the order value is over the equivalent amount in the given currency.

Connect The Dots Design is not responsible for customs charges, import costs or additional taxes added when an order is received in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer. 

Tracking is not offered as standard but a tracking service can be added to your order at check out. If you select this option your tracking number can be found in your order dispatch email.

Of course. Be sure to add the recipient’s address in the delivery address section. 

If you would like orders sent to more than one recipient please place separate orders as only one delivery address can be added to each order. 

If you are ordering a card, pop the message in the notes box at checkout and I will handwrite the card for you (don’t worry, I have nice handwriting). 

You’ll never have to worry about payment information as this is never included with orders. 

All orders will be dispatched in 2-3 working days. During October - December the dispatch time is extended due to the higher volume of orders.

All mail is sent via a Royal Mail first class service. 

Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on your location.

North of Ireland and UK: 1-2 working days

Ireland and Europe: 3-5 working days

Rest of the World: 7-21 working days (depending on final destination)

These are standard times but are subject to change depending on both local and global circumstances.

Individual cards are packaged in a board backed envelope. 

Multiple cards, A5 & A4 prints and stationery items are packaged in rigid cardboard mailers. 

A3 prints are packaged flat in A3 cardboard mailers to ensure the prints reach you in tip top condition. 

Larger orders are packaged in boxes.
