Refund policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Email hello@connectthedotsdesign.com with a copy of your proof of purchase to request a return. This must be done within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If your purchase is eligible for return you must ship to the return address provided. Items must be received within 14 days of the return confirmation email.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please be sure to obtain proof of postage from the post office when sending your return. Products sent without proof of postage that go missing will not be eligible for a refund.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Items not received in their original condition are not eligible for a full refund.
Refunds
Once the item has been returned to the address provided you will receive an email confirming such. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Your refund will be processed and the cost of the item will be refunded via the original method of payment. This may take up to 7 days depending on the processing time of your card provider.
Please note that the initial shipping costs are nonrefundable. The product and the shipping costs are separate on your order as they are two separate services.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special orders or personalised items may not be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
An item may be exchanged for the same item if it is defective or damaged. Please email hello@connectthedotsdesign.com within 14 days of receipt of your item to initiate an exchange. Emails received after 14 days may not be eligible for exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Customers are not liable for a refund if the incorrect shipping address has been entered at checkout.
