WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Orders can be shipped anywhere. Please get in touch with any questions about shipping destinations.
CAN YOU SHIP DIRECTLY ON MY BEHALF?
Of course. Be sure to add the recipient’s address in the delivery address section.
If you would like more than one product sent directly please do this in separate orders as only one delivery address can be added to each order.
If you are ordering a card pop the message in the notes box at checkout and I will handwrite the card for you (don’t worry, I have nice handwriting).
You’ll never have to worry about payment information as this is never included with orders.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. From October/November the dispatch time is extended due to the higher volume of orders. Up to date shipping information for the Christmas period is posted in the Christmas Shop. If you require your order urgently please get in touch before placing the order to be sure we can accommodate the request.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All mail is sent via a Royal Mail first class service.
Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on your location.
North of Ireland and UK: 1-2 working days
Ireland and Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest of the World: 7-21 working days (depending on final destination)
These are standard times but are subject to change depending on both local and global circumstances.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
Individual cards are packaged in a board backed envelope.
Multiple cards, A5 & A4 prints and stationery items are packaged in rigid mailers.
A3 prints are packaged flat in A3 mailers to ensure the prints reach you in tip top condition.
Larger orders are packaged in boxes.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking is not offered as standard but a tracked shipping service can be added to your order at check out. If you select this option your tracking number can be found in your order dispatch email.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
The cost of shipping is calculated by the weight of the order and will vary depending on the delivery location. This is visible on the order summary page.
Connect The Dots Design is not responsible for customs charges, import costs or additional taxes added when an order is received in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?
Collection is available at Christmas and will appear as an option at checkout.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LATE?
We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date as shipping is out of our hands once orders are posted but if your order hasn't arrived in the recommended timescale above please follow these stePs:
Check your shipping confirmation email for the dispatch date and refer to the shipping times above. If your shipping email was received after 4 pm your order will have been received by the Post Office but will be picked up by Royal Mail the next working day. Friday afternoon dispatches may not enter the Royal Mail system until Monday.
Please also check your order confirmation to ensure you have included the correct address. Please also check with neighbours. If your order is being delivered to a place of work please check with the reception area as well as with colleagues.
Please double and triple check your shipping address before you submit as an order that has not been received/ lost due to an incorrect shipping address is not liable for a refund or replacement.
Orders left with a mail centre and not picked up within the given timeframe are not liable for refund. If the order is returned to sender the customer is responsible for shipping costs to have the item shipped again and if a refund is requested the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you have not received your order please get in touch within 28 days of the dispatch date.
