How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated by the weight of your order and where it’s going – you’ll see the exact amount on the order summary page before you pay.
Orders over £50 (or the equivalent in your currency) qualify for free shipping, which is applied automatically at checkout.
Please note: customs charges, import costs or extra taxes may apply when your order arrives in your country, and these are the customer’s responsibility.
How do I track my order?
Letter-sized orders (1–2 cards or stickers) aren't tracked.
North of Ireland & UK: all other orders will have tracking added automatically.
ROI: the option to add tracking is available at checkout.
If tracking has been added the number will be in your shipping confirmation email.
Can you ship directly on my behalf?
Absolutely. Just enter the recipient’s address in the delivery section at checkout. If you need to send to more than one address, please place separate orders.
For cards, pop your message in the notes box at checkout and I’ll handwrite it for you (promise, my handwriting is nice). Payment details are never included in any order.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually sent within 2–3 working days. From October to December, dispatch times may be longer due to higher order volumes. If you need something urgently, please get in touch before ordering to check if we can make it happen.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, delivery times are usually:
- North of Ireland & UK: 1–2 working days
- Ireland & Europe: 3–5 working days
- Rest of the World: 7–21 working days (depending on destination)
These are standard times and may vary due to local or global circumstances.
What happened to USA shipping?
We’ve had to pause USA shipping due to new import tariffs coming into effect at the end of August 2025. Hopefully it’s only temporary, and we’ll be able to open it up again soon.
